We are located at 506 Oak Street  in Sandpoint, Idaho.

We have 4,5oo square feet with locker rooms and showers as well as private parking, making it easy for you to get in and out.

We have designated kettlebell workout space for group classes, plenty of seperate martial arts space, and a private, beautiful, and intimate yoga room with cork flooring.
