“Besides helping me to incorporate kettlebells into my routine, Danny was very helpful in two other areas: 1) demonstrating and teaching me the appropriate exercises and techniques and 2) providing me with comprehensive workouts that incorporated both strength training and cardio. Having never done kettlebells, I was concerned about injuries. However, these concerns were unfounded as Danny demonstrated correct techniques and ensured that I perfected these exercises before either increasing the weight I was handling or moving on to the next exercise. More importantly, Danny provided kettlebell routines that were challenging, incorporating a mix of strength and endurance training, mixing up the combination of exercises and super setting with body weight exercises. These proved to be among the most challenging routines I have ever tackled.
