
Danny Clark, RKC II is a former Division 1 wrestler, a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, accomplished and nationally ranked grappler and active competitor in Mixed Martial Arts. Danny has an extensive background in strength/athletic training and MMA instruction. He is passionate about promoting athleticism and the balance necessary to make that athleticism sustainable. Danny has learned from top coaches and fellow athletes from around the world, most recently completing the RKC II (Russian Kettlebell Challenge - Level 2) kettlebell instructor certification in July 2010.
Abby Corriveau, RKC, RYT developed her interest in athletics later than some. What started as a quest to attain an attractive body quickly transformed into an inspired journey as she discovered both intuitive and aggressive disciplines to develop her athletic potential, such as kettlebell training and yoga. She is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance and is one of few female certified kettlebell instructors (RKC) in the country. Later, she was selected as an assistant for the RKC Level 1 certification . Abby continues to develop as an athlete and instructor as she actively trains and competes in running, adventure racing, jiu-jitsu and any other event that inspires her to improve.
Julia Quinn, RYT is the co-director of yoga at The Integrative Athlete. Julia discovered yoga 10 years ago and it continues to be her focus in all areas of her life. Yoga has allowed Julia to realize physical accomplishments through yoga asana, what mindfulness truly means, and what it’s like to live fully by, “waking up.” Julia is a certified 200-hour Vinyasa yoga instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance. Julia received her training through Radiantly Alive Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia, where she continues to go back to assist in teacher trainings and yoga retreats. She has studied and/or practiced Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Vibrant Living, Bikram, Astanga, Iyengar, Tripsichore, Yoga Synergy, Anusara, and Forrest yoga. Julia has also developed a love for yoga philosophy, Bhakti yoga, and Mantra. As Julia’s practice develops and her passion in yoga continues to lead her along different paths, Julia has dedicated her advanced teacher training certification to the practice of yoga therapy.
