
Danny Clark, RKC II, Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, is a former Division 1 wrestler, a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, accomplished and nationally ranked grappler and active competitor in Mixed Martial Arts. Danny has an extensive background in strength/athletic training and MMA instruction. He is passionate about promoting athleticism and the balance necessary to make that athleticism sustainable. Danny has learned from top coaches and fellow athletes from around the world, most recently completing the RKC II(Russian Kettlebell Challenge – Level 2) kettlebell instructor certification in July 2010.
Abby Clark, RKC, RYT developed her interest in athletics later than some. What started as a quest to attain an attractive body quickly transformed into an inspired journey as she discovered both intuitive and aggressive disciplines to develop her athletic potential, such as kettlebell training and yoga. She is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance and is one of few female certified kettlebell instructors (RKC) in the country. Later, she was selected as an assistant for the RKC Level 1 certification . Abby continues to develop as an athlete and instructor as she actively trains and competes in the NPC Physique competitions and is a nationally qualified NPC Bikini Champion. She is currently training for the “Iron Maiden” and Olympic Lifting. Abby is also has a Thai Massage Certification and is currently accepting clients.
