Yet the beneficial elements of yoga that enhance and go beyond the physical are attributed to the mind/body connection through various stages of awareness (i.e. control of functions such as movement, focus, and breath).

Yoga is renowned for its ability to strengthen while rapidly mobilizing the entire body. You will feel more alive as you gain true awareness of the state of your body and mind while your body transforms into it’s healthiest and most efficient state. We recommend yoga for those who desire to develop athleticism, vitality, and balance through self reflection and a commitment to holistic health.
