This free 1 hour workshop is open to all fitness levels and is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system (8-limbed yoga). Participants will learn about the many benefits of the physical practice of Ashtanga yoga, breathing techniques, and more. Participants will also learn the Sun Salutations which are the beginning sequence poses found in Ashtanga yoga and practice a few of the standing postures that follow.
