This 1 hour hands-on seminar will be open to the public and will cover the two most essential drills in the kettlebell series: the Swing and the Turkish get-up. Come learn proper execution of these fundamental drills and learn how they develop a strong and balanced physique. This workshop is a great way to build your technique for our Kettlebell Core Strength classes as well as learn how to incorporate kettlebell training into your existing workout routine.
