Classes begin Monday, January 18th @ 6:15pm.

 This 8 week series is an introduction to the practice of Ashtanga Yoga.  Students are highly encouraged to join this series as a great way to become familiar with this dynamic physical practice and with the Primary Series; the first of 6 in the Ashtanga system.  Students of all levels will learn the benefits of yoga, breathing techniques, sun salutations, standing postures, and seated postures.  Alignment and geometry of the poses will be broken down so that the students can feel more connected to the poses. 

This workshop begins Monday, January 18th from 6:15-7:30pm.  We will meet for 8 consecutive Mondays, each class building off the previous one.

Students who participate will also have free access to Thursday’s morning Mysore Yoga class, 6-8am!

Pre-registration is required.
