We are proud to introduce our third Kettlebell Boot Camp for the fall season. Get ready for ski season with two certified and highly experienced kettlebell instructors. For those of you who haven’t been enlightened, kettlebells are the ultimate all around tool for developing an efficient and lean physique. Not only will your body transform, but you will earn yourself the incredible benefit of a healthy and strong cardiovascular system while sky-rocketing your core strength. These unique kettlebell exercises you will learn and drill have the rare advantage of translating beautifully to all athletics, as well as everyday functional movement. Kettlebells are for all ages, all fitness backgrounds and levels of conditioning.

In 3 consecutive seminars, students will learn proper technique in all the fundamental kettlebell drills while applying them in fun and interactive workouts.
Exercises that will be included:
The Swing - learn why swinging properly is the key to a strong core, a pain free low back, and a lean physique
The Turkish Get-up - This essential core drill also mobilizes and strengthens your shoulders and hips. Learn why everyone, from post-surgery/injury patients to elite athletes, can benefit from learning the TGU.
The Clean - Learn how to get to the “rack” position without banging your wrists. Find out how this position builds strong posture and teaches you how to properly engage the entire body.
The Press - Similar to a dumbbell military press, only safer for the shoulder
The Snatch - Hack off the fat with this fun and essential drill. Learn proper technique to avoid banging the wrists. High rep snatch training is not only safe and healthy for your body, but extremely challenging. Find out why the Secret Service makes their candidates pass the snatch test…
The Jerk - Learn to use your full body to drive the kettlebell overhead effortlessly and build “lock-out strength”
The Windmill - Boost your rotational core strength and mobilize your hips and shoulders all in one motion. A must for all sports, especially golf.
