More Details: In 4 hours students will learn proper technique in all the fundamental kettlebell drills from experienced trainers while applying them in fun and interactive workouts. Students will be able to confidently attend our kettlebell classes and complete workouts at home upon completion.
Exercises that will be included:
The Swing – Learn why swinging properly is the key to a strong core, a pain free low back, and a lean physique.
The Turkish Get-up – This essential core drill also mobilizes and strengthens your shoulders and hips. Learn why everyone, from post-surgery/injury patients to elite athletes, can benefit from learning the TGU.
The Front Squat/Goblet Squat- Learn how to open your hips, improve knee health, and build spinal integrity.
The Clean – Learn how to get to the “rack” position without banging your wrists. Find out how this position builds strong posture and teaches you how to properly engage the entire body.
The Press – Similar to a dumbbell military press, only safer for the shoulder and builds strength not only in your shoulder but also in your back.
The Snatch – Hack off the fat with this fun and essential drill. Learn proper technique to avoid banging the wrists. High rep snatch training is not only safe and healthy for your body, but extremely challenging. Find out why the Secret Service makes their candidates pass the snatch test…
The Windmill – Gain shoulder and hip mobility while building unparalelled rotational core strength…a must have for athletes.
