Class Descriptions:
FITNESS
WARRIOR CIRCUIT*
True functional fitness class designed to boost conditioning and unlock your potential as an athlete, whether or not you have an athletic background. This class is scaled to suit all ages and fitness levels but will challenge even those with elite conditioning.
WARRIOR Strength*
Foundational class designed to improve strength and technique of both basic and advanced movements. This class is a perfect supplement to Warrior Circuit.
KETTLEBELLS-LEVEL 1*
Kettlebell technique building class that reinforces proper mechanics and body awareness. This class is a great bridge into our more advanced technique classes.
KETTLEBLELL BOOT CAMP*
Morning kettlebell focused group strength, conditioning, and fat-burning class focused on total body performance enhancement.
VO2 MAX PROTOCOL*
Protocol scientifically designed and proven to increase VO2 max and burn tons of calories. Guarenteed to skyrocket athletic performance and improve fitness!
*Pre-requisite:Completion of a kettlebell intro workshop or equivalent personal training. By using fundamental yoga techniques, this class will greatly increase flexibility, injury resistance, and reduce tension.
DEEP STRETCH
By using fundamental yoga techniques, this class will greatly increase flexibility, shorten recovery time, and prevent injury. Perfect for athletes, tight people, and a great way to recover/refuel from warrior circuit.
YOGA
Supplementary class focused on developing flexibility, body awareness, and injury prevention.
MARTIAL ARTS
BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU (BJJ)*
Comprehensive self-defense and ground fighting class teaching students effective technique in positional control and submission locks. *Gi required.
KIDS BJJ (KBJJ)*
Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class. A perfect blend of discipline, athletic development and self-defense in a fun and friendly setting. For ages 5-13* *Older/younger students permitted on a case-by-case basis.
GRAPPLING/MMA
Non GI class focusing on techniques from BJJ, wrestling, and sombo. Introduces techniques used in MMA competition. All Levels.
